This week there were 10 homes sold (closed) in this very narrow category of stick built, single family homes located in the City limits of Minot. A look at the Red chart below shows there were 15 closings overall to include all properties. Of the homes that closed this week the average days on market was 165 compared to last weeks 97 days. Over all homes sold much slower and for less money per square foot this week.

Minot Homes for sale

Be sure to note the line above as this is a very restrictive report. There were 10 homes sold in this limited category. The most expensive home sold for $401,500. and it was on the market for 226 days. The least expensive home sold for $99,000. and it was on the market for 166 days.  Average days on market for the 10 homes sold was 165 days. Of the homes sold the average price per square foot (total square footage) was $78.92 (compared to $106.58 last week)
