A Change of Seasons

Tree2019While I'm not a big fan of winter I am a BIG fan of the Christmas season. I believe I got the Christmas "bug" from my mother who always went all out with the Christmas decorating.

Timmothy put up the tree today and he and Carol did the rest together. I drank coffee and watched. My turn comes on Monday when I decorate my office. Pictures to come.

Here are some pics of today's decorating.

Nativity

Our favorite nativity. The tallest piece is about 10".

Below - the whole mess (at least the bulk of it.

The whole mess

Nut crackersI'm not sure what nut crackers have to do with Christmas but I've always enjoyed seeing them. In this set the tallest is about 14" tall.

It seems like a lot to put up for one month but I really do enjoy seeing it all and enjoying the spitit of Christmas while it lasts.

I know it's early but I wish you all a blessed Christmas and Christmas season. I'm sure I'll have more photos to follow.
