It's that time of year where a whole lot of unwanted gifts are returned to retailers across the nation.

How cool is it that here at Active Rain over 200,000 Realtors and blog readers freely give Gifts of knowledge and advice to anyone who is willing to receive it.

I hope that over the 6+ years I have contributed to Active Rain that I have gifted someone with useful knowledge about my community (Minot ND) or general Real Estate knowledge.

I sure appreciate all who have freely shared their knowledge with me. You, fellow Rainer's as well as consumers who have commented, have been wonderful contributors to my Real Estate education.
