My Desktop Wallpaper is

My kids, Tina and Timmothy. This shot was taken during a family photo shoot and I added the wording to have a Christmas coffee mug made for my Bride, their mother. I believe the picture was taken in the fall of 2013, and again I had the coffee mug made for the 2013 Christmas mug. In 2014 the kids both had real growth spirits and now Timmothy is the tallest member of the Robert Timm family at 5'11" and the age of 14 years old.

The year we had this photo shoot I also had a blanket made with the family portrait on it for Christmas. The mug and the blanket are easily among the best Christmas presents I've come up with. Both were produced through Walmart. If you think this sounds like a good idea for your family I'd like to encourage you to get on the stick now as these items can not be ordered like a week before Christmas. they take a little time.

In today's world of digital we take many more pictures but fewer pictures are actually printed than there were in the days of film. Many moments go unremembered because of hard drive crashes and just because they get lost in the clutter of thousands of pictures on your hard drive. This is a great way to print your most treasured photos and to keep them out to share and remember.

RealMan, Such a thoughtful gift idea ... and one your wife can enjoy daily.  I can see why that photo would be on your wallpaper ... so you can enjoy daily as well.

Good morning Bob,

You probably do not want to out the mug down even for refills!

I noticed you could tie dynamite into the equation with their initials.

Make yourself a great day.

Hi Bob - Thanks for your contest entry - you can never go wrong with pictures of loved ones. Our grandchildren feature frequently in both Mary's & my wallpaper.

That's a nice picture, and story to accompany it, Bob!  I think it would be interesting to know the percentage of people who have computer wallpaper pictures of family or loved ones.

Bob "RealMan" Timm Great picture of your two children and one to put up as wallpaper. I know I have lost and then retrieved family digital photos from crashed hard drives. I believe I have it figured out with a good external media drive so I won't have to work as hard to get them back!

Hi Bob - putting your children's picture as wallpaper on a mug is great.  I have one as a mouse pad.

I had my grandchildren as my wallpaper for a time. They have grown so much I need a new photo of them. It is hard for them to stay still long enough for a photo shoot.
