Let's Tell All Our Friends!

Let's tell our friends, you call the ones on the left and I'll call to the right.

Geese talking Looking opposite

They just HAVE TO come see our new home at Highlands at North Hill!

Our House

The Chinook Twin Home is nearing completion and while it will be reasonably priced  I don't think these geese are going to have enough "bills" between them to afford it SO at this time this zero barrier home is available to you. Zero barrier means No steps and Wide hallways for easy accessibility (even for a goose). These two bedroom, two bath, triple garage homes, will be completed soon so if you are interested NOW is the time to contact me about what options are available to you. There has been a lot of interest in these homes so call today.

By the way I've only seen geese on a roof 3 times in my life and two of those times have been in this month. I'm starting to wonder if there is some kind of evolution happening.

Good morning Bob - zero barrier means so much for those of us who are aging baby boomers.  A key selling point.  I am sure you will have buyers shortly.

Wow Bob,  good catch ofthe geese on the roof.  I can not remember ever seeing them on a roof.  Make it a great day!

I have been giving it serious consideration for myself Grant Schneider but I need to wait for a 3 Bedroom model.

I'm glad you added that last part about not seeing geese on the roof on a regular basis because we certainly don't want our homeowners to think the geese come with the house, LOL!

I thought about that too Elizabeth Weintraub Sacramento Real Estate Agent, Top 1% of Lyon Agents . With the City on a mission to get them out of the parks we might be seeing them in places we never saw them before.

Good afternoon Bob "RealMan" Timm,

Love the photo capturing the geese on the roof and your title! I'm with Grant Schneider "zero barrier means so much for those of us who are aging baby boomers.  A key selling point."

Love the photos and the link to your post as well. Love the concept as well of zero barrier with no steps and wider hallways.

Nick & Trudy Vandekar, 610-203-4543 I'm thankful every day that I can still get out of bed and dress myself  but I'm looking to make my life a little easier by eliminating steps from my home life.

Hi Bob - one floor living is popular here regardless of age but not so easy to find in newly built single family home construction.

It's a relatively new concept here Michael Jacobs . The one are I remember it being introduced to sold out very fast and then there was nothing for about 12 years now.

Hi Bob- Larry and I have decided that our next home will be on one floor!!!  these stairs are getting to our knees.

We are in the same situation Kathy Streib , if I can eliminate the steps maybe I'll get a few more years out of these knees.

Bob,

Good for Minot for building these types of home all one floor.  We love stairs!  It keeps us limber and exercising.  A

I understand that aspect as well A. of Ron and Alexandra Seigel and my favorite build in the development I represent has one staircase with about 20 steps.

New homes are exciting to sell. If it weren't for new homes our market would be severely challenged.

Bob "RealMan" Timm - Now if a Goose lays a golden egg and it's found inside or outside the home after closing, the builder can't claim it, right?

Bob - I love how you make the Geese a part of the story. That was very creative of you!

I love the idea of zero barrier! This is new to me. I think all builders need to follow their lead and make more homes without steps and wider halls for accessibility. Not only are homes getting smaller and narrow, accessibility is ridiculous! If we don't speak up, it will be the same problem women have with clothing. Countries are making sizes smaller.

High praises for the builder of Chinook Twin Home!

Thank you Patricia Feager I will pass your praise on to the builder. I'm looking for that golden egg as well .

As the population ages, there will be more demand for this type of housing.  It looks like Chinook Twin Homes is answering the need.
