Bob, our market appears to be just the opposite, "hot".

Ours should be Mike Frazier and it is slowly picking up. ND oil production has been picking up speed and is at an all time high but we built so fast during the boom in and around 2010 and it all collapsed when the price of oil did around 2015. Of course at that same time the Nation as a whole was in the dumpster so people flocked here in droves. Now that things improved back home where those people came from many went home because they could and others were forced to leave when oil collapsed. One sign I've noticed lately of a resurgence is that during the boom you could not get a motel room... period. Then with the collapse virtually every motel in town was for sale and or in bankruptcy. Today their parking lots are filling up again.

It seems to be coming back Will Hamm  but at a reasonable pace instead of the madness we experienced during the boom.
