Ready For Fun

My 19 year old daughter still loves to have sleep overs with her friends so I helped out this evening getting things ready while she was at work. Now truth be told she and Timmothy put up the tent and the volleyball set so all I did was get the fire going and set up some chairs.

Ready for fun

With Tina being 19, one year of college under her belt, and basic training for the Air Force National Guard coming up quickly I have to enjoy these moments while I can.

Morning again Bob.

Those days of sleeping on the ground are gone.  When I did back in the day, it was fun.

Hi Bob... hopefully the girls had a great time. And yes, they grow up very quickly. It feels like you've blinked and they are adults.

I know what you mean James Dray . If I'm sleeping in a tent there is going to be an air mattress under me for sure.

It was last night Kat Palmiotti  but I didn't want to put that in the story because you never know who is going to see it and who might decide to come visit. I think they had a lot of fun BUT this morning we are getting a pretty good rain... still no one stirring yet.

That's for sure Nina Hollander . I'm hoping Timmothy isn't so eager to leave the nest like his sister was. That being said I love Tina and her adventurous spirit.

When I left just before 7:00 this morning the girls had not awoke yet Ron and Alexandra Seigel but my concern was for their electronics in the tent. I'm eager to head home for lunch and see how much fun they had.

The rain this morning was light and gentle Sheri Sperry - MCNE® so I suspect no damage was done. I just came from a meeting where one of the participants drove up from Bismarck (100 miles South) and he said it was a real downpour there when he left. I'm glad the girls didn't experience that.
